Before contacting support

  1. Restart the game. Each irreversible political decision is saved automatically.
  2. Open Settings / Accessibility to adjust large text, high contrast, reduced motion, haptics, music, and effects.
  3. If one record is damaged, try the second independent save slot.

Report a problem

Include your device model, OS version, save slot, in-game year, selected language, and a screenshot. Never include passwords or payment information.
